Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology encompasses two different sub-specialities, including the pregnancy care, childbirth and the postpartum period that follows. Together, they fall under Obstetrics. While under Gynaecology, we offer comprehensive healthcare for the female gynaecological disorders like excessive bleeding, white discharge, pelvic infection, fibroids, polyps. The department carries out major and minor surgeries, Operations and Diagnostic Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, Hysterectomy both open and laparoscopy surgery.There are modern facilities for transvaginal USG, Doppler study with latest equipment and expertise. The department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology is now a tertiary care center for obstetrics with facility and personnel for managing all high risk pregnancy.
